  Since 2003, the Service Quality Saxony (ServiceQualität Sachsen) initiative has been in place. Since then, more than 100 hotels, tourism, transport, and other service industry companies have been awarded the “ServiceQualität Sachsen” certificate, which you can recognize by the logo displayed alongside.

  Our company has been certified since 2004, and we don’t leave quality to chance. We have undergone specialized training and evaluation of our service processes. Every member of our team has committed to systematically aligning and improving our service quality according to the needs and wishes of our guests.
