Reception building: reception, shop, restaurant, recreation room with billard, darts, TV...

Opening hours of the reception:
- Season A & B: 8.00 a.m. - 8.00 p.m.
- Season C: 8.00 a.m. - 6.00 p.m. (Sat. & Sun. in March & Nov. 8.30 a.m. - 4.00 p.m.)

Closing time of the barrier: 

Lunch-time reposal 1.30 p.m. - 2.30 p.m. (barrier is closed, reception is open)

Night time 10.00 p.m. - 8.00 a.m. (barrier and reception closed)

Check-in/Check-out
We will hold your reserved pitch until 8 p.m. on the day of your arrival. Please inform us if you will be arriving later. Our barrier is open until 10 p.m., and with prior arrangement, we will try to accomodate your arrival until 10 p.m. as well. Our prices are valid for camping guests from the day of arrival at 2.30 p.m. until the day of departure before 1.30 p.m., for our accommodations from 3.30 p.m. at the day of arrival until 10.00 a.m. at the day of departure. Early arrivals and late departures are only possible after prior consultation with our reception. Please note that there will apply additional fees for early arrival and late departure according to our price list. This applies also to guests arriving after the closing of the gate at 10.00 p.m. Registering the next morning, the arrival date will be the evening before even if it was necessary to stay on the parking in front of the gate.on the day of arrival pitches are available at 2.30 p.m., on the day of departure you can return pitches until 1.30 p.m., accomodation is available at 3.30 p.m. on the day of arrival and we ask to to return your accomodation until 10.00 a.m.

Sanitary-facilities' smaller building: sanitary facilities for ladies and gentlemen, private bathrooms to rent, dish-washing, laundry facilities with washing machines, private bathrooms to rent, disposal for camping toilets and waste water

Wellness- & Sanitary-facilities' building: Spa-Area with swimspa, sauna, steam bath, infrared-cabin, massage-room, gym, outstanding sanitary facilities with special children facilites (showers in a castle, washbasins in a steam riverboat and blow bubbles every evening), baby changing room and baby bath, private bathrooms to rent, jacuzzi to rent, facilites for disabled guests, shower for dogs (inside), cooking facilities & dish-washing, disposal for camping toilets and waste water, animation-room, indoor-playground, common room for teenagers , 4 holiday apartments, 2 studios, 1 double-room, 1 single-room

• - close to the lake
• - short distance to sanitary facilities
• - large XXL-pitches with 200 m² (indicated with letters on the map)
• - close to the entrance for a short overnight stay
• - close to an exit to walk your dog
• - quite, close to the lake
• - pitch with cobbled or paved area (for a clean and dry area infront of your motorhome/caravan) : 3 € extra fee, grey marked pitches in the map
