It’s definitely worth bringing your bicycles along.

At reception, our guests can borrow cycling maps with marked tour suggestions and information sheets featuring detailed local routes for a small deposit - allowing you to set off on your own discovery tours comfortably and safely, without having to buy your own maps.

Famous attractions such as Baroque Castle Rammenau, Stolpen Castle, the gingerbread town of Pulsnitz, the beer city of Radeberg with Klippenstein Castle, the Legend Trail in the Massenei Forest, or the Planetary Educational Trail can all be wonderfully explored by bike.

The nearest suburban train (S-Bahn) station Arnsdorf is less than 5 km away via a flat, well-developed cycle path. From there, S-Bahn trains run to Dresden at least every half hour and return until midnight. Bicycles can be taken on the train, making it easy to reach the famous Elbe Cycle Route.

Larger supermarkets are also easily accessible by bike - only about 4 km away. By the way, as part of our entertainment program, we regularly offer guided cycling tours to interesting destinations.
